Yes. Insurance is recommended for hospitalizations, specialist care, and emergencies. Membership covers your primary care needs directly through our practice.
Essential Membership is $100 a month and Premium Membership is $200 a month, plus a $100 sign-up fee ($200 maximum per family). Membership is month to month after a three-month commitment. Discounted family plans are available on request, and ages 16 to 21 can be added as dependents.
Premium Membership includes routine labs, drawn in-house: complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, liver and kidney function tests, urinalysis, lipid tests, urine protein and hemoglobin A1C, every three months or sooner if there is a medical need. All other labs are offered at a steep discount. On the Essential plan, labs are à la carte.
Yes. We accept insurance for fee-for-service visits if you prefer not to enroll in membership.
Yes. You can begin with a consultation or fee-for-service visit and choose to enroll in our membership at any time. Many patients start this way before transitioning to ongoing, personalized care.
Commercial plans: Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, BCBS myBlue, Cigna, CHAMPVA, Imagine360, Memorial Health Plan, MultiPlan, Oscar, Sidecar and TRICARE. Traditional Medicare (Part B). Medicare Advantage plans: BCBS Medicare, Devoted, Doctors and Solis. We add plans from time to time, so call if yours isn't listed.
