Direct Primary Care Membership
Primary care often feels rushed: short appointments, limited access and little continuity. Direct Primary Care membership is built the other way round, around longer appointments and an ongoing relationship with the same physician.
Members can be seen as often as necessary, with priority scheduling and direct communication with Dr. G. Care covers preventive planning, chronic disease management and clear next steps after every visit, with a personalized care plan in place of a standard short visit.
There are two plans. Essential Membership ($100 a month) covers your primary care with the same doctor, with labs available à la carte. Premium Membership ($200 a month) adds routine labs, drawn in-house every three months or sooner if there is a medical need, with all other labs at a steep discount. Both have a $100 sign-up fee ($200 maximum per family) and are month to month after a three-month commitment. Discounted family plans are available on request, and ages 16 to 21 can be added as dependents.
Membership is not insurance. The practice does not bill insurance for membership services, and insurance is still recommended for hospital, specialist and emergency care. Membership does not cover emergencies: call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
