Insurance-Based Primary Care

Not every patient wants a membership. Fee-for-service visits offer straightforward access to primary care for patients who prefer to use their insurance, aren't ready to commit to membership, or have an acute, non-emergency need.

Visits include preventive care, chronic condition management, sick visits and follow-up appointments, with the same physician-led approach as the rest of the practice.

Accepted plans include Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, BCBS myBlue, Cigna, CHAMPVA, Imagine360, Memorial Health Plan, MultiPlan, Oscar, Sidecar and TRICARE; Traditional Medicare (Part B); and the Medicare Advantage plans BCBS Medicare, Devoted, Doctors and Solis.

Plans are added from time to time, so if yours isn't listed, email info@floridaconciergemed.com or call (954) 932-3269. You can begin with a fee-for-service visit and choose to enroll in membership at any time.
